The Food and Fibre Youth Network (FFYN) will enable young people in the primary sector to add their voice to shaping the future of our food and fibre sector.

New Zealand Young Farmers, in collaboration with the Ministry for Primary Industries, Beef and Lamb NZ, DairyNZ and AGMARDT launched the Food and Fibre Youth Network - He Tātai Rangahua.

A Council has been appointed to provide governance and leadership to the wider Network. The Network provides an opportunity for young representatives across the food and fibre sector to raise industry issues and provide input into critical decisions about the sector’s future. Anyone from the sector may join to receive newsletters and communications about events and so on.

From time to time, network events will be organised at venues that will move about the country. Each of these meetings will have themes that feedback will be gathered on.
