Ella Zwagerman

FOOD TECHNOLOGY

Ella is currently a Food Technologist at Silver Fern Farms. She grew up on a Dairy Farm in Southland and has always had an interest in food production. She feels incredibly privileged to be in a role that allows her to be able to connect my passion for food with agriculture. 

Ella recently graduated from Otago University where she studied Consumer Food Science and Human Nutrition, and I am currently completing my Master in Sustainable Business.
